At Oxom Consultancy Hub, client satisfaction is our priority. However, since we provide professional consulting services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Services have not yet started.
  • There is a duplicate payment.
  • A valid written request is made within 48 hours of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if:

  • The consultancy or documentation process has already begun.
  • The client delays document submission or approval.
  • Services were successfully rendered.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service request by emailing info@oxomconsultancyhub.in within 24 hours of payment (if the work hasn’t started).
