At Oxom Consultancy Hub, a unit of Oxom Innovations Private Limited, we are committed to providing transparent and secure payment experiences for our clients. This policy outlines our pricing, accepted payment methods, and procedures related to online payments.


1. Payment Gateway

All payments on our website are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Razorpay follows PCI-DSS compliant systems for complete data protection.

We currently accept:

  • Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Razorpay Wallets

2. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • The prices displayed on our website or shared via official quotation include all applicable charges.
  • Since we are a newly incorporated private limited company and currently do not fall under the GST registration threshold, GST is not applicable on our services as of now.
  • Pricing may vary depending on the scope, complexity, and nature of consultancy services.
  • Membership fees are ₹1,499 for three years, renewable at ₹499 for the next three years.

3. Invoicing

  • Upon successful payment, clients will receive a digital invoice from Oxom Innovations Private Limited within 24–48 hours via email.
  • The invoice will include our company details, payment reference number, and service summary.
  • As GST registration is not applicable at present, no GSTIN will be mentioned on the invoice.

4. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

  1. Razorpay payment confirmation email/SMS.
  2. Invoice from Oxom Consultancy Hub.
  3. Service confirmation message from our support team.

Please keep these for your reference.


5. Failed or Pending Transactions

  • In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account, Razorpay will automatically initiate a refund within 5–7 working days.
  • If not received within that period, please contact us at info@oxomconsultancyhub.in with your transaction details.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of billing or payment disputes, please contact our support team directly at info@oxomconsultancyhub.in.
All disputes will be handled as per Indian law under the jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam.


7. Data Security

We do not store any customer card, UPI, or banking information. All financial data is processed securely by Razorpay.
